The Spa at Williams Island also recognizes that exercise is essential to a holistic approach to wellness. The Spa's gymnasium offers state-of-the-art cardiovascular exercise machines, weight lifting equipment, and a wide range of other equipment for healthy exercise. Exercise classes are also available no matter what a residents level of proficiency might be in aerobics, Pilates, yoga, spinning, meditation, cardio karate, Tai Chi, dance, spinning, swimming, and tennis. Classes are held in the mornings, afternoons, and evening hours, every day of the week.

Highly experienced personal trainers are also available for private lessons. Each personal trainer works under the direction of the Director of Fitness and can chart a customized exercise regimen as well as guide members through the program with encouragement, direction, and enthusiasm to ensure that members advance at a steady, sustainable rate. In fact, because everyone's needs and rates of progression differ, residents can consult with the Spa Services Coordinator who will design a personal program targeting specific areas or overall wellness. And by focusing on an individual's achievements, Williams Island's personal trainers help residents steadily build confidence while improving their appearance and overall fitness.
